quiz whiz and winning ways...

january has been a great month for alaina and st. charles. on the 24th, alaina and 4 of her classmates took first place in the quiz bowl held at st. thomas university. yesterday her basketball team won the presentation tournament in maple grove with a dramatic come from behind victory. the team has reeled off something like 8 wins in a row! winning never gets old.

18 years ago today...

if our marriage were human, it would now be old enough to file a lawsuit, smoke, join the military, and vote. 18 years and still going strong!
