along with my many other noteworthy accomplishments in '07, i managed to log 303.08 miles on my elliptical (roughly from my house to milwaukee) and burn 24,997 calories, which is equivalent to 7.15 lbs. conveniently, I failed to track the number of calories consumed over that same calendar year.
